Booking Appointments

Booking Appointments: All appointments at GetGlam Dollz must be booked in advance either through our online booking system or by calling our salon directly. Walk-in appointments are subject to availability.
  
 Late Arrivals: We strive to provide prompt service to all our clients. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule or adjust your service to accommodate other clients.
 
 Service Satisfaction: We want you to leave our salon feeling fabulous. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your service, please let us know before leaving the salon so we can make it right. 
 
 Payment: Payment for services rendered is due at the time of your appointment. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other forms of electronic payment.
 
 Health and Safety: Your well-being is our top priority. We adhere to strict sanitation and hygiene protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment for all our clients and staff.
 
 Children: While we love children, for their safety and the comfort of our other clients, we ask that children only accompany you to the salon if they have a scheduled appointment.

 Special Offers and Promotions: From time to time, GetGlam Dollz may offer special promotions or discounts. These offers are subject to change and may have specific terms and conditions.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
