Cancellation Policy
A deposit is required to book and is non-refundable. Deposits may be transferred once within 30 days of your original appointment. Cancellations & No-Shows: Please reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations will forfeit the deposit. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service. Late Policy: Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in cancellation or a late fee. Rescheduling: Same-day reschedules will result in a new deposit. Guest Policy: No extra guests allowed unless being serviced. By booking, you agree to all salon policies.
